Lodewijk specializes in funds, asset management, and trading activities carried out through both traditional and blockchain powered market infrastructures.
Lodewijk’s work at DLT Solutions includes serving as non-executive director for virtual asset service providers and decentralized financial application platforms and assisting a diverse range of blockchain projects with strategic structuring advice, regulatory affairs, and fundraising.
Previously, Lodewijk supported State Street’s and Morgan Stanley’s asset management businesses in EMEA and Asia with all regulatory and transactional aspects of fund formation & distribution, asset management, trading & custody, payment & settlement systems, securities financing & structured products, and M&A activities.
